Our COVID-19 Office Policy

We hope that you have been staying safe and healthy during these uncertain times. Kotansky Dental is open for dental care starting from Monday, June 8, 2020.

As the safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority, we wish to assure you that we will adhere to strict Ontario Public Health and Ministry of Health guidelines to keep our patients and staff safe. These include:

Regular screenings of staff members for COVID-19 symptoms.
Dual screening process for all incoming patients to our office.
Increase sanitization and disinfection of all areas of our office.
Installation of HEPA air purifiers in all operatories.
Managing appointments to ensure social distancing between patients.

While maintaining a positive experience for all our patients, we are implementing additional safety measures going forward:

You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire by email and again when you enter your office for your visit.
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
We require masks to be worn at all times, before and after your treatment.
Patients will be asked to wait in their cars until they are ready to be seen.
You will be asked to observe physical distancing whenever possible.
Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the office and we ask that you use it multiple times throughout your visit.
We will also be taking more precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and regularly sanitizing ourselves and our equipment.

The care, compassion, and passion for dentistry that you have come to expect from our team remains at its highest level and we are very excited to welcome you back to our office to continue on your journey towards better oral and overall health. We are grateful for the relationships we have with you and the privilege of treating each one of you.
